Hrithik Roshan is in the news for renting his luxury sea-facing property in Juhu to his girlfriend Saba Azad for Rs 75,000 monthly for a year, according to Zapkey documents.

The estate is situated in Mannat Apartments (Vartamaan) along Juhu-Versova Link Road and covers an area of 12,000 sq ft.
In October 2020, Hrithik Roshan acquired three levels in the structure, comprising the 18th floor and a duplex spanning the 19th and 20th floors, for Rs 97.5 crore. According to the leave and license agreement dated August 4, 2025, a sum of Rs 1.25 lakh was deposited as indicated by the documents.
