Big Bad Wolf Books Is Bringing Its Massive Book Sale to BGC This November
Taguig
Book lovers may want to leave plenty of room on their shelves this November. Big Bad Wolf Books is returning to Metro Manila from November 5 to 15, 2026, bringing its massive book hunt to Park Triangle Mall in Bonifacio Global City for the first time.
The sale will run daily from 10 a.m. until midnight, with admission completely free and no prior registration required. Organizers say shoppers can expect more than two million books across fiction, nonfiction, children’s titles, educational books, collectibles, and hard-to-find editions. Selected books will start at just ₱60, while discounts across the sale can reach up to 95%, making the event an especially timely stop for anyone starting their holiday gift shopping.
This year’s BGC edition adds a stronger collectors’ angle through Goldsboro Books, the British bookseller known for signed first editions and limited numbered releases. Readers can expect selected signed and serial-numbered books alongside popular authors such as Rebecca Yarros, Sarah J. Maas,
Freida McFadden, and Abby Jimenez. Another notable title confirmed for the sale is Jeffrey Archer’s Adam & Eve, released internationally on October 6 as the author’s final novel. Archer himself confirmed before publication that it would be his last novel after five decades of writing. Families will also find an expanded children’s section organized by age group, while the “Unbelievable Titles” area offers lower-priced discoveries beginning at ₱60.
The 2026 theme, “There’s a Book for Every Kind of You,” is designed to encourage browsing beyond a usual reading list, with sections covering everything from food, travel, fitness, business, art, gaming, and parenting to contemporary fiction and children’s books. Big Bad Wolf began in Kuala Lumpur in 2009 and has since brought its large-format book sales to cities across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, including multiple Philippine stops since its local debut in 2018. For the BGC edition, the long daily operating hours make it possible to visit after work or stay late for a slower browse—though shoppers looking for specific limited editions should remember that stocks can sell out during the 11-day run.
Ready for a book hunt? Save the dates and make a list—but leave some room for an unexpected find.
