The package is priced at ₱9,000 nett per room per night and requires a minimum stay of two consecutive nights. Instead of building the experience around a single costume party, Plantation Bay is spreading its Halloween activities across an entire month, giving families, couples, and groups of friends more flexibility in choosing when they want their scares.

The package includes breakfast for all registered occupants, a Haunted Hotel Adventure, a House of Horrors Experience, a platter of Halloween-themed Scary Sweets, and 20 gaming machine tokens.
The two headline attractions alternate every other day, so guests staying for at least two nights can potentially experience both during their visit, depending on the resort schedule. Accommodation is on a Run-of-the-House basis, meaning the final room assignment depends on availability, and the package allows a maximum of two adults and two children per room.
