Plans & billing

Where are my invoices and boost receipts?
Open Plan & Billing in the correct account mode. Use Invoices or Orders & payments as appropriate, and look for the saved boost invoice or receipt. Historical amounts use the original saved quote. Check the business country if a record appears missing.
Why is there a listed price but nothing to pay?
The current free-advertising policy credits eligible listed prices in full. The displayed reference cost and budget usage are not the same as money collected. Check Amount due and the confirmation for the specific transaction. A zero-due activity statement does not become a deferred bill.
How do I know a promotion payment is complete?
A payment is complete when the payment service confirms it and your purchase record shows the corresponding status, amount and currency. Choosing a method or creating a campaign record alone does not prove that money was collected. If your bank shows a debit without a confirmed purchase, contact support with the payment reference before paying again.
What should I check before confirming a boost?
Review the linked ad or deal, promotion goal, start and end times, notification rounds or reach, listed cost, credits and amount due. For a deal, also check the lifetime spending limit. If the quote changes because time has passed, review the updated quote before continuing.
Why is an old invoice in a different currency?
A receipt keeps the original transaction currency and saved amounts. Changing the browsing country or display preference does not rewrite a historical financial record. Any display conversion is separate from the original currency shown on the invoice.
Can I print an invoice or save it as a PDF?
Open the relevant invoice or activity statement and use its print action where available. Your browser’s print dialog can save a PDF. Check the account, period and document type first; an activity estimate or simulated receipt is not automatically a tax invoice.
What if I close checkout before finishing?
Return to the existing invoice or checkout record and check its status. Do not create another order simply because the page was closed. A pending session may be resumable until it expires. For any real payment flow, rely on the verified invoice status rather than the return page alone.
How can I check whether I paid twice?
Compare the saved invoice references, payment status and amounts with the actual records from your payment provider. Multiple page visits or retries do not necessarily mean multiple charges. The simulated promotion flow does not charge a bank account. Keep the references if a real transaction needs investigation.
Why is Pay unavailable on an invoice?
The invoice may already be paid, zero due, cancelled, refunded, processing or unavailable to the selected account. A real nonzero payment also requires the payment service to be configured. Do not enter card details into an unrelated chat or form to bypass the disabled action.
Where can I find cancellation or refund conditions?
The Refund Policy covers LifeNavi advertising and paid promotions, including duplicate charges or a service that was not delivered. Contact [email protected] with your purchase reference. Purchases arranged directly with a seller follow that seller’s terms and your legal rights.
Is the deal spending limit a commission on sales?
No. It controls reference spend for the deal’s measured qualified views and booked boosts. It is not a sales-revenue threshold, a commission on purchases or proof that the business earned that amount. Deal redemptions and shop clicks are reported separately.
Why can’t I open an invoice link someone sent me?
Invoices and private checkout records are restricted to the relevant owner and account mode. Sign in with the account that created the order and select the correct business context. Do not share private checkout or handoff links publicly; they may grant access to that specific session.
