As a Financial Collections Associate, you will assist customers with their outstanding financial accounts, provide payment solutions, and help resolve account-related concerns. What You'll Do:
• Handle customer calls regarding outstanding balances and payments
• Assist customers with payment options and account concerns
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements when applicable
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Follow company policies and financial collection procedures
Qualifications:
• Senior High School (SHS) graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 months of BPO experience, preferably in collections, customer service, or a related account
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
