As a Financial Collections Associate, you will assist customers with their outstanding financial accounts, provide payment solutions, and help resolve account-related concerns. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a professional and positive customer experience while helping achieve collection goals.

What You'll Do:

• Handle customer calls regarding outstanding balances and payments

• Assist customers with payment options and account concerns

• Provide accurate information and professional assistance

• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements when applicable

• Maintain accurate and updated customer records

• Meet individual and team performance targets

• Follow company policies and financial collection procedures

Qualifications:

• Senior High School (SHS) graduate or equivalent

• At least 3 months of BPO experience, preferably in collections, customer service, or a related account

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling customer concerns and financial conversations

• Willing to work on a dayshift schedule

• Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn
