What should I try if a page won’t load?
Fix a problem

First check your connection and whether another LifeNavi page opens. Preserve any unsaved text before reloading. If the problem continues, record the page address, exact error and device/browser details.

  1. Wait for the current request to finish, then retry once.
  2. Save any unsaved draft text and reload the page.
  3. Confirm you are in the correct account and country.
  4. Prepare issue details if the same action still fails.

Why did my changes disappear?
Fix a problem

The save may not have finished, a validation error may have blocked it or you may have reopened a different account or country. Some drafts are browser-local and will not appear elsewhere. Check for the saved confirmation and reopen the record in the same context.

What does “This record has changed” mean?
Fix a problem

The saved record was updated after your screen loaded, possibly in another tab or by another allowed action. Reload the latest version, compare it with your intended changes and save again. This check helps prevent an older screen from overwriting newer information.

Fix a problem

Check the file type and size shown by that uploader, your sign-in and your connection. Wait until the upload completes before publishing. Different uploaders have different limits. Try a smaller supported file and keep the original if you need to retry.

Why is a button disabled or unavailable?
Fix a problem

A required field, permission, account state or previous step may be missing. Read the message near the action and check the form for errors. A processing action can also disable the button temporarily. Repeated clicks do not bypass validation and can make the status harder to follow.

What if a control is off-screen or the layout is too wide?
Fix a problem

Return browser zoom to its normal setting and check whether a dialog or panel has its own scroll area. On mobile, close the keyboard if it covers the action. If a control still cannot be reached, keep a screenshot with personal details hidden and include the device and orientation in an issue report.

Why won’t a share or copy button work?
Fix a problem

The browser may not support the system share sheet or may block clipboard access. Use the offered copy or selectable-link fallback where available. You can also copy a public page address manually. Avoid copying private checkout links into public messages.
