Privacy & safety

Can I use LifeNavi without sharing my precise location?
Yes. Select an active city and browse as a visitor. You can deny or revoke browser location permission. Some real-world bookings may still require an address for fulfilment, but that is separate from the permission used to centre nearby search.
How do I control camera, microphone and location permissions?
Open your browser’s permissions for the LifeNavi site and review each permission separately. Device-level privacy settings may also control access. Revoking a permission stops that feature from using it until you allow access again; it does not delete a previously saved profile or booking.
What should I check before dealing with a seller or business?
Read the full listing, confirm the person and the exact item or service, and agree the important details before paying or travelling. Treat pressure to act immediately or send sensitive account information as a reason to stop and verify. A saved item, badge or message is not a transaction guarantee.
Should I give someone my verification code?
No. Verification codes are for the sign-in or verification screen that requested them. Do not send them to a buyer, seller, caller or a person claiming to help with your account. An issue report should never contain your password, full card details or one-time codes.
How do I report a suspicious listing or profile?
Use an in-context report control if one is available. Otherwise keep the link, visible account or listing reference and a short factual description. The current public reporting page is informational and does not submit a case. You can prepare a copyable issue report in this Help Center.
What should I do if there is an immediate safety problem?
Move to safety if you can and contact the appropriate local emergency service directly. NaviCall, NaviChat, the Help Center and email support are not emergency response services. Keep evidence only if it is safe to do so and report the relevant account or content when you are able.
Where can I find privacy information or request account changes?
Use Privacy settings for preferences and Account settings for account changes. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, email [email protected] with your country, account reference and request. The Privacy Policy explains your rights and how we handle requests.
Which information is stored on my device and which is saved to my account?
Published posts, applications, saved account changes and supported booking records are linked to your account. Saved searches, some preferences and unfinished drafts can use browser storage. Imported contacts may remain only for the current session. Check the saved status before switching devices or clearing site data.
What happens if I clear LifeNavi’s site data?
You may be signed out and lose browser-only preferences, saved searches and unfinished local drafts. Account-backed records are separate and can be reopened by signing in, subject to their availability. Save important draft text elsewhere before clearing site data; do not use it as the first troubleshooting step.
Which links should I avoid sharing publicly?
Do not publicly post private checkout handoffs, account records, invitation details intended for a small group or screenshots containing personal information. Use the product’s public share action for listings or articles. Review what is included before sending any link.
