Maintain customer data and service records in the CRM system. Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Manage calls related to service bookings, escalations, and complaint handling. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer follow-ups and feedback status. Support service campaigns, service camps & promotional activities.
