🚨 WE ARE HIRING! 🚨 META ADS MEDIA BUYER 📍 Part-Time | Work From Home Role Details 💻 Work From Home, 4 hours per day 🕒 Shift: TBD, following EST 💰 Monthly Salary: PHP 25,000 🚀 Start Date: ASAP We're looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer to support a growing lead generation agency serving home service contractors and local service businesses. This is not a beginner role. We're looking for someone with proven experience generating qualified leads through Meta Ads while maintaining strong lead quality and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities ✅ Scale campaigns properly while managing $50–$300/day ad spend per client ✅ Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for contractor clients ✅ Generate qualified leads, quote requests, and booked appointments ✅ Optimize CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and lead quality ✅ Build and improve Meta Lead Forms and landing page campaigns ✅ Develop local targeting strategies based on service areas and homeowner intent ✅ Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, offers, and forms ✅ Set up and maintain Pixel, Events Manager, conversion tracking, UTMs, and CRM integrations ✅ Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities ✅ Provide clear weekly reporting and campaign insights Non-Negotiable Requirements ✔ Proven experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads for local lead generation ✔ Experience working with home service businesses preferred (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, remodeling, cleaning, etc.) ✔ Strong understanding of Meta Lead Forms and lead generation funnels ✔ Experience improving lead quality and lowering CPL ✔ Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, tracking, and attribution ✔ Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms preferred ✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills ✔ Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven ✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Apply here: https://forms.clickup.com/90161114733/f/2kz0avkd-7916/M789R4FQJLZDWXR1W4 (select Media Buyer) Please prepare the following: • Updated Resume • Portfolio or Case Studies • Campaign Results/Screenshots (if available) • List of Industries You've Worked With • Availability (Part-Time or Full-Time) ⚠️ Applications submitted through email, direct message, or any other platform will not be entertained.
