We Are Hiring | Australian P&C Insurance Operations | Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila Open Positions: Policy Service Analyst — 1 to 3 years experience Policy Service Senior Analyst — 2 to 5 years experience 📍 Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila (near Libis, accessible via MRT Cubao station) ⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING This is a HYBRID role — 3 days office + 2 days work from home per week First 15 to 30 days of training = 100% in office every day, no exceptions Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time (Australian shift) Do not apply if you want fully remote / work from home only What You Will Do Process insurance submissions — new business, renewals, endorsements Handle cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage changes Request and manage loss runs from carriers Prepare certificates of insurance and policy documents Maintain trackers and follow up on pending items Coordinate with Australian underwriters and brokers via email Senior Analyst additionally: Handle escalations, review junior work for quality, drive process improvements, liaise directly with onshore underwriting teams What We Need Analyst: 1–3 years | Senior Analyst: 2–5 years ✅ Australian P&C insurance experience — this is required ✅ Additional US P&C background is a plus — but US only with no Australian experience = do not apply ✅ Policy servicing, policy admin, or underwriting support background ✅ Knowledge of commercial lines — GL, Property, Umbrella, WC, Motor ✅ Good written English, Excel skills, detail-oriented Good to have: Applied Epic | AMS360 | HawkSoft | EZLynx | ZOHO | DocuSign Skills: Policy Servicing | Policy Issuance | Endorsements | Renewals | Loss Runs | Submissions | Underwriting Support | COI | ACORD Forms | Broker Coordination | Commercial Lines | General Liability | Property | Umbrella | Workers Compensation | Premium Calculation | Deductible | Excess | Applied Epic | AMS360 | MS Excel Who Should NOT Apply ❌ No Australian insurance experience ❌ US insurance only — no Australian background ❌ Claims, customer service, or sales only — no policy servicing ❌ Cannot commute to Eastwood, Quezon City ❌ Not okay with 6:00 AM start or office-based training
