Are you organized and a team player?
We are currently looking to fill the position of Project Manager for all our graphic design projects. We are looking for a strong administrative resource to help make sure projects progress smoothly.
You would be the person in charge of reviewing all the design projects (ie: mockups for team uniforms).
You would be the person in charge of all the design projects (ie: mockups for team uniforms, marketing material, etc.).
Requirements:
- Must have their own pc/laptop.
- Good internet connection (preferable 50Mbps or higher).
- Able to work between 9:00pm-5:00am Philippine time.
- Organized, You keep clear records and provide regular updates
- Collaborative, You are a good team player and communicate well
- Independent, You manage your own schedule and make sure deliverables are met
- Vigilant, You are detail oriented and pay close attention to details
- Tech savvy, You have experience with digital tools (ie: Microsoft, Slack, Trello, Figma)
Responsibilities:
- Managing design projects. There will be several categories of design projects to follow up with (online orders, website imagery, sales materials, social media…)
- Review design mockups and send comments/corrections to designers
- Final review of production files prior to printing (compare with the online order)
- Preparing briefs for designers for projects
- Coordinating with the various departments to confirm deliverables and priorities
- Ensure design team is respecting deadlines and schedule
- Keeping an updated list of ongoing projects and be able to report progress
- Following company standards and naming conventions
