Core responsibilities

Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions about products, provide information on features and pricing, and assist in finding specific items.

Sales: Persuade customers to make purchases, ensuring to reach sales plan/target every month and sometimes cross-sell or upsell products.

Store maintenance: Keep the area clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.

Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products, services, discounts, and promotions to better assist customers.
