• Follow company policies and financial collection procedures
Qualifications:
• Senior High School (SHS) graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 months of BPO experience, preferably in collections, customer service, or a related account
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and financial conversations
• Willing to work on a dayshift schedule
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn
