Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, subscriptions, billing, and payment concerns.
- Provide technical support for streaming services, including login, device setup, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
Qualifications:
✅ At least 1 year BPO experience handling an international voice account
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
✅ At least Senior High School graduate
