Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using an auto-dialer while following approved scripts and call procedures.

Identify and assess potential leads based on established qualification criteria to determine their readiness for sales engagement.

Professionally transfer qualified prospects to the client’s sales team through live call handoffs.

Arrange appointments for qualified prospects, usually for the next business day, ensuring all contact information and availability details are accurate.

Communicate with prospects to explain the process and assist them in submitting processing statements for a free, no-obligation rate analysis.

Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, outcomes, live transfers, and scheduled appointments using tracking tools and spreadsheets.

Use MS Excel to monitor lead status, performance metrics, and daily activity reports.

Achieve or exceed established daily and weekly targets for call volume, live transfers, and appointment scheduling.

Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Follow all quality standards, compliance requirements, and data privacy policies during customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

Senior High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.

2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport over the phone.

Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in data tracking and reporting.

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with prospects, team members, and stakeholders.

Proven persistence and resilience in meeting performance targets and goals.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Capable of following structured processes while using sound judgment during prospect interactions.
