What You Will Do
• Deliver one-on-one and small group English lessons using structured materials
• Support learners from different countries as they build confidence in English
• Gain real teaching experience through live online sessions
• Become eligible for higher-rate projects and leadership tracks based on performance

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Clear English pronunciation and strong communication skills
• Passion for teaching children and adult learners
• No ESL teaching experience required
• Background in BPO, VA work, training, education, or similar fields is welcome
• TEFL certificate or willingness to obtain one
• NBI or Police Clearance
Teaching Equipment Requirements
• Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 8th Gen or higher
• Minimum 8GB RAM and CPU score of 3500+
• External 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Wired internet with 25 Mbps plus 15 Mbps backup connection
• Power backup capable of running for at least 8 hours
All applicants will undergo structured training and screening prior to launching.
