Customer Service Representative (June Class | Direct Hire)

Salary Package: ₱26,000 per month

Start Date: June 2026 (Incoming Training Class)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via [Voice / Chat / Email - Choose which applies].

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods.

Deliver exceptional customer service by listening closely to customer needs and resolving their concerns efficiently.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Educational Attainment: Open to all educational backgrounds (At least a High School Graduate from the Old Curriculum, K-12 Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate).

Experience: * At least 3 months of BPO/Call Center experience OR

No Experience / Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (We provide full training).

Skills: * Good conversational English communication skills.

Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (including night shifts).

Can start this June 2026.
