Qualifications:

• No educational attainment required; must be able to read and write

• No BPO experience required (experience is a plus)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Language-Specific Requirements:

• Japanese: JLPT N1–N2 preferred; JLPT N3 accepted with relevant experience

• Mandarin: Familiarity with Pinyin characters

• German, Estonian, Norwegian: Open to native foreign nationals with valid TRV/PRV and currently residing in the Philippines
