About this role

About the Role:

A barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages delivering quality service and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve various espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc., and non-coffee-based beverages such as shakes, smoothies, etc.

Mix drinks that are on the restaurant’s menu accurately

Brew high-quality drip coffee, iced coffee, and other specialty coffee drinks

Operate and maintain blenders, espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment for drinks

Stock and restock coffee, tea, syrups, and other related supplies as needed

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, bar area, and equipment

Stay up-to-date on current coffee trends, new drink recipes, and barista techniques.
