How do I post an ad or listing?
Ads & marketplace

Choose Post, then select what you want to publish. Pick the right category and Personal or Business identity where offered. Complete the required information and photos, review the preview and finish the publishing steps. A draft or checkout screen alone does not mean the listing is live.

Should I create an ad or a deal?
Ads & marketplace

Use an ad for a listing such as a property, car, job or item for sale. Use a deal for a time-limited offer, such as 40% off, buy one get one, or a special price for one item or a set. A boost is optional promotion attached to an existing ad or deal.

Why isn’t my listing showing publicly?
Ads & marketplace

Check whether it is still a draft, pending, expired or unpublished. A paused or closed publishing account can also hide content. Next check your search country, city, radius and filters. Do not repeatedly publish duplicates to solve a visibility issue; check the original record first.

What do For sale and For rent mean?
Ads & marketplace

These labels identify the listing’s purpose. For sale is shown in red and For rent in orange where those badges apply. Use the purpose filter to avoid mixing purchase and rental results. A Verified badge is separate from the sale or rental label.

Does saving or messaging about an item reserve it?
Ads & marketplace

No. Saving keeps a reference and messaging starts an enquiry. Agree availability, condition, price and collection or delivery directly with the seller through the available channel. A listing remaining online is not a stock guarantee.

Do I have to display my private phone number?
Ads & marketplace

Use the contact methods available in your account settings and review what the listing preview exposes. NaviChat provides an in-site conversation route. If you enable an external phone or messaging option, check the number before applying the settings to existing ads.

What happens to performance after I delete a listing?
Ads & marketplace

Historical measured totals can remain in your Performance and Billing records. The deleted listing is no longer editable or promotable from that historical record. Deleting a post does not rewrite an already saved receipt or turn past activity into a new charge.
