Do I need a separate business for each country?
Business & team

Your personal identity and sign-in are shared, but business workspaces are country-specific. Select the country before creating or managing its business. Closing or editing a business in one country should not be used to manage the business in another country.

Why can a staff member only see some bookings?
Business & team

Without permission to view all business bookings, staff see bookings assigned to an active professional linked to their member account. Check the accepted invitation, selected country, team assignment and permission settings. Changing someone’s job title does not change their access.

How do I remove or change staff access?
Business & team

Use the staff or invitation management controls in Business and review that member’s permissions. Revoking access or removing an invitation affects subsequent access checks. Do not share the owner’s credentials as a workaround for a missing permission.
