PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Conduct morning huddle and gameplan for everyday's target and accomplisment/concern of yesterday's activities Supervise, guide, and develop branch staff; ensure teamwork and high performance aligned with cooperative's Mission, Vision, and Core values Monitor branch employees attendance and performance to implement appropriate actions geared towards maintaining smooth operation Serves disciplinary measures when necessary based on admin manual in coordination with the Human Resource Officer BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MEMBER SERVICES Achieve branch targets for deposits and loans; promote cooperative products and services; ensure excellent member/client service. Monitoring loans aging on the coop's system to identify members before falls due and with account due to minimize provision To initiate actions when a borrower/member fails to make mortgage payments Assits atleast twice mass follow-up and collection of delinquent accounts to avoid increase in delingquency Oversee loan releases, collections, and delinquency control; implement strategies to maintain healthy portfolio quality. Must maintain the high level of collection rate of at least 90% based on target POLICY COMPLIANCE Ensure smooth daily branch operations, compliance with policies, and implementation of standard procedures. Approves /recommend loan applications based on approving authority on General Credit Policy. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and addressing findings promptly. Performs inventory of repossesed/foreclosed units for proper handling and immediate disposal. Implement and monitor internal control systems to prevent fraud, errors, and misuse of funds. Approves within their level of authority the purchase request of branch and propose of equipment to the General Manager if there is any. ENGAGEMENT AND LINKAGES Performs area visit to collect savings, share capital and loans payments. Market coop services and benefits to government and private institutions; performs other marketing tasks to increase the coop's membership status Act as signatory for mortgages and checks as stated in the CASA Represent the coop in any government and non-government organizations to establish strong relationships FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Safeguard assets and funds; monitor cash flows, collections, and branch profitability. Monitor daily cash requirements to ensure sufficient liquidity for branch operations. Regularly check the micro banking system to monitor the branch's daily transaction Prepare and manage the branch budget; control expenses according to approved allocations.
