About this role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love for coffee and hospitality. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every guest has a great café experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.

Operate coffee machines and POS systems efficiently.

Restock supplies and monitor inventory.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Previous barista or café experience is preferred (freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome).

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art is a plus.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude, punctuality, and a customer-first mindset.
