Tender Executive

About this role

PJ Digital Agency is hiring a GeM Portal Tender Executive for our Chandkheda, Ahmedabad office. The candidate will handle complete GeM-related operations including tender search, bid participation, catalog publishing, product/service updates, and order processing.

Responsibilities include preparing bid documents, ensuring timely submission, monitoring L1 status, generating direct purchase links, and coordinating with the sales team and clients for documentation and follow-ups. The candidate should maintain proper records of bids, tenders, and completed orders.

Applicants must have hands-on experience working on the GeM portal, good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, Email), and strong coordination skills. This is a full-time work-from-office role (10 AM – 6 PM). Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
