Finding & using deals

What is the difference between the three deal types?
Percentage off reduces a stated price by a percentage, such as 40% off grapes. Buy one get one describes the extra item included when you buy the qualifying item. Special price states the offer price for one item or a set, such as one bouquet for a fixed amount. Read the conditions to see exactly what is included.
How do I use a deal QR code in a shop?
Open the eligible in-store deal and get its QR code. Show it to the business, which must check and confirm redemption. Generating a code is not the same as redeeming it and does not reserve stock.
- Open the full deal and check the terms and expiry.
- Generate or open your QR code in the same browser.
- Show it at the business before completing the purchase. The business confirms whether it can be redeemed.
Does a special-price deal have to be a bundle?
No. A special-price offer can be for one item, several items or a set. The title, unit and description should make the quantity clear—for example, one pack of grapes, two drinks or one sushi set. The offer type does not automatically mean multiple products.
How do I find deals near me?
Open Deals and check your selected city and radius. Search or filter by the kind of offer you want. Open a deal to reveal its full business details, conditions and redemption options. Visitor-mode distances are measured from the selected city centre.
Why don’t I see the shop name on every deal card?
Some deal cards show the offer first. Open the deal to reveal the business, address, terms and available redemption options. Check those details before travelling or using the offer. A teaser card is not the complete set of conditions.
Where can I see the conditions of an offer?
Open the full deal and read its description, terms, end time, available quantity and whether it is in-store, online or both. Check eligible items, minimum purchases and exclusions before redeeming. Ask the business if any important condition is unclear.
Why did a deal disappear?
Deals can disappear when they expire, sell out, are paused or are removed. A closed business can also make its offers unavailable. A saved card or an old notification does not extend the offer. Reopen the deal to check its current status before visiting.
Does a QR code guarantee stock or hold the price?
No. A code does not reserve inventory. Redemption still depends on the deal being active, remaining stock and the stated conditions. The business confirms redemption, and limited stock is reduced only after a valid confirmation.
Why does my QR code say used or unavailable?
A confirmed voucher can be used once. It can also become unavailable when the deal expires, sells out or is paused. Check whether the business already confirmed it. Creating another screenshot does not create a new valid redemption.
Can I open the same voucher on another device?
Deal vouchers are currently tied to the visitor browser used to obtain them. Cross-device voucher synchronisation is not provided. Keep the original browser available and reopen the deal there. A screenshot still needs a current validity check at the business.
How do online deals work?
Open the deal and choose Shop online where available. You will continue to the merchant’s offer page. The merchant handles its checkout, payment and order conditions. A shop-link click in LifeNavi is not confirmation of a purchase or successful order.
What should I check before redeeming a deal?
Open the current offer and confirm the business, eligible items, expiry, quantity limits and redemption conditions. Obtain a voucher only where that option is available and ask the business to validate it. An image or saved card alone does not establish that an offer is available.
